Frequently Asked Questions…

  • Do you make gluten free or vegan cakes?

I do NOT offer gluten free at this time as I am baking out of a kitchen that uses gluten and I cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. I also do NOT offer vegan. I offer DAIRY FREE/ALTERNATIVELY SWEETENED cakes under my “bitty-bits” section, but I DO use eggs in those.

I am, however, happy to recommend GF bakers in Seattle!

  • Can I order bitty-bits flavors in a full-size cake?

You absolutely may also order these flavors for other occasions! Keep in mind, they are less structurally sound and will not translate for certain designs, specifically tiered options. However, If your event has a natural, rustic aesthetic and dietary restrictions, this could be the cake for you! Given the nature of the frosting I use, they have not been tested to hold up for long display time. They are iced in whipped coconut cream. Which will weep. Eventually.

But please ask if you’re wondering and let me know the specific restrictions! If you’re okay with sugar but not dairy, that opens up many more options.

  • Do you offer tastings?

Yes! They are $100 by appointment only. You will get three 3” round cakes, flavors of your choosing. We will sit down for a 45 minute consultation where we’ll have a chance to get to know one another, design your cake, and you’ll try some yummy flavors!

  • Delivery?

Yes I do! It all depends on where I’m going and when. I’m based in West Seattle, so it is $50 for South and Central Seattle, and $75 for North Seattle (north of Lake Union/the bridges). Outside of the city I’m happy to give you a more specific quote based on my hourly rate and mileage.

  • Do you offer sheet cakes?

Great question! In the traditional sense, no, I do not. I don’t want to ice square shapes.

I do however offer 1x1” bites of cake on sticks as grab-and-go options. I recommend 2 per person, and charge $2 per bite. This effectively offers a $4 serving option, the most economical.

  • Do you offer sculpted cakes?

    Not at this time.
